THE PACKET STORM

Chen Wei works for the Ministry of State Security in Beijing. Sarah Cole works for the CIA in Langley. Neither of them has ever heard the other's name until they both trace the malware currently shutting down three American cities to the same NSA development team. Over an encrypted channel neither government can break, they begin assembling the truth in pieces. The question is not whether they can prove it.
