- Differences between Reader, Producer, and Collector editions, exclusivity terms, festival submission rights, and territory questions. Most of these are answered on the pricing page; if not, write us with the script title and the production context (budget tier, distribution plan).
- Production support
- If you have purchased a Producer or Collector edition and need formatted production drafts, casting breakdowns, or location-count summaries, email support with your order ID. Production assets are typically delivered within one business day.
- Partnerships and editorial
- Production companies, festival programmers, and journalists reach out for catalog access, embargoed previews, or interviews with our editorial team. Lead time of a week or more is appreciated for press requests.
- Technical issues
- Login, payment, download, or watermark problems. Include the order ID, the device and browser you were using, and a screenshot of any error message. Critical issues affecting access to a purchased script are prioritized.
