All three ran screenwriting contests and sold coverage. Here is what happened and where to go now.

What happened

ScreenCraft, WeScreenplay and The Script Lab announced in February 2025 that they were closing. Coverage orders stopped first, and their contests wound down by early March 2025.

All three belonged to Industry Arts, part of Cast & Crew, which also owns Final Draft and FilmFreeway.
